arcane-demesne:

I realized during the job hunting process that there are not a whole lot of resources for SLPAs to prepare for interviews. I compiled each and every question I was asked during my interviews.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. What type of formal training have you received in order to become a SLPA?
  2. What types of disorders/populations have you worked with?

Two hours ago, I looked at the clock and I was so proud of myself for not staying up too late. Whoops.

Product Review: Foxbrim 100% Pure Organic Argan Oil

A few weeks ago, the kind folks at Foxbrim sent me a bottle of their 100% Pure Organic Argan Oil. I’ve used argan oil in the past for my face and my hair, so I couldn’t wait to try a different kind, especially organic!

It’s lightweight, but not creamy like my regular moisturizer, so putting it on is a different experience. I use 2-3 drops, as recommended, but that isn’t enough to cover my face. I use about 4-6 drops instead, place them on one hand and rubbing my hands together before applying the argan oil to my face. I don’t wear that much makeup, so I just put blush and a translucent powder on top.

I also put about 3 drops in my hand and rubbed my hands together before applying the argan oil from the ends to the middle of my hair. I include the ends of my shorter layers toward the top of my head, too. I have long hair with many layers, so I suggest just using as much as your hair needs. If you put too much in your hair, it may get heavy and greasy.

I have combination skin that can get greasy, so I check my skin around lunch time, and it is a little more oily than usual with the argan oil vs. my regular moisturizer, but not terrible. I blot with a piece of tissue paper (this works much better for me than those little pieces of blotting paper), apply some more translucent powder, and I’m’ good to go again. The amount of oil on my skin has been reduced the more I use the argan oil, so my skin may be getting used to it. My hair has become very soft, when it is usually pretty coarse and dry, so this made me happy.

After a few weeks of use, I have no breakouts, soft skin, an even complexion, and soft hair. It makes me feel good that I’m using a natural product on my skin and hair that is making it look (and feel) even nicer. It’s available on Amazon for a great price, and if you have Prime, you can get it even faster!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

fucking prodigy man

Yes young black king! You better go head!

His name is Stephen R. Stafford and he would have been set to graduate from med school even earlier if there wasn’t a rule that said he had to be 16 to graduate from high school.
He’s also a talented classical pianist - he’s been playing piano since he was two years old.

Someonne told me the other day our generation was lazy. HA!
